Order Information
The Glamour Boutique shopping cart now calculates shipping charges for
CANADA orders. Previously, we shipped product to Canada, but were unable to
complete Canadian-bound orders in our on-line shopping cart due to not being
able to look up Canadian shipping rates. We now welcome our friends from Canada
to our site and full on-line shopping!
All items are normally shipped via UPS Ground. Express Overnight and 2-day
shipping are available via UPS or FedEx. Shipping charges are not included in
the item price and are added to the cost of your order during the checkout
process. The shipping and handling charge is determined by the
weight, destination, and type of packaging required for the
shipment. Our shopping cart currently supports shipments to the United
States and Canada only. If you wish to have your order shipped to another
country, please Email or call us to determine your exact shipping
charge. We reserve the right under certain conditions to
substitute the US or Canadian Postal Service as the carrier. We will
only make this choice should the substitution benefit you or if the selected
carrier is unable to accept your shipment for any reason.
All Planet Glamour items are usually shipped within one (1) week of the date of
your order. Shipping times may be extended if we experience a component
shortage necessary to complete your product. You will be advised via email if
there will be a delay. Rush production is available as conditions permit for an
additional fee. Please discuss any special needs with us.
If a Planet Glamour designer has quoted you a cost for a custom jewelry design,
a 50% deposit is required to begin production of the order. You can
pay your deposit using our on-line Glamour Boutique shopping cart by selecting
the Deposit for Custom Jewelry category. Deposits are accepted on-line through
Paypal payment services only.
If you would rather send us your deposit through the mail, you can use the
MONEY ORDER method during checkout. We regret that we cannot accept
PERSONAL checks through the mail for payment, you must send a MONEY ORDER (do
not send CASH). Take your coins to the Post Office or drug store and get a
MONEY ORDER which is refundable if lost or stolen. If you choose to send
us a money order, the checkout process will instruct you to print a copy of
your order which will show the mailing address to use to send us the money
order. In case you don't see it, it is: Planetglamour.com, Jeffry London, Inc.,
PO Box 1076, Woodstock, GA 30188-1076. Make the MONEY ORDER payable
to Jeffry London, Inc. Just remember, if you choose to send a money order
to us by mail, we cannot start the work on your custom order until we receive
the actual money order.
PlanetGlamour.com offices are located in the state of Georgia in the United
States; therefore, as required by law, Georgia state sales tax will be added to
any purchase that is shipped to an address within the state
of Georgia.
We offer a 30 day refund policy on all products we sell except for custom jewelry.
All sales of custom jewelry are final. No refunds are possible for custom designed
jewelry pieces since they are made specifically for you based on your specifications.
Items eligible for refund must not be worn or exhibit evidence of use and be returned
in new condition.
Due to the nature of our custom jewelry business, we try hard to serve our
customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept custom jewelry returns
without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible. Jewelry items may only be
returned due to workmanship or material flaw for repair or replacement (at our
option). All defect claims must be made within five (5) days of receipt of
merchandise. After this initial period, all jewelry products are warranted
against breakage under normal usage for a period of ninety (90) days.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted without prior authorization (by phone or
email). Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped
back at customer's expense. Normal wear and tear of an item is not covered.
Shipping charges for returned items are not refundable. AGAIN, NO RETURNS WILL
BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION.
